    Ian Rostowsky is a partner and Co-Head of the Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department.

    Ian has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of commercial law and corporate transactional work, with emphasis on the hi-tech ecosystem. This includes: mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation and representation, venture capital financings, development agreements, licensing, strategic alliances and international joint ventures.

    Mr. Rostowsky also represents technology companies in all stages of development and in all technology fields. He has extensive experience in advising foreign corporations on the establishment of operations in Israel, as well as other Israel-related issues.

    In addition, Mr. Rostowsky is Co-Chair of APM & Co.’s Intellectual Property practice and advises companies and investors on a wide range of intellectual property issues.

    • Acting for Israeli, American and European-related investment funds in raising approximately US$4 billion in commitments.

    • Acting for ClickSoftware Technologies in its acquisition by Francisco Partners for US$438 million.
      ­
    • Acting for ObserveIt in its acquisition by Proofpoint for US$225 million.

    • Acting for Nano-X Imaging Ltd in its acquisition of Zebra Medical for approximately US$200 million in stock.

    • Representing Nano-X Imaging in its US$165 million initial public offering and Nasdaq listing and its US$193 million secondary offering.

    • Israeli counsel to the underwriters (led by J.P Morgan Securities) in the initial $288 million initial public offering of Enlight Renewable Energy.

    • Representing an enterprise software company (still in stealth mode) in raising US$150 million in equity financing.

    • Representing FORE Biotherapeutics in its US$75 million Series D financing.

    • Representing Akeyless Security in its US$65 million Series B financing.

    • Representing a defense-related company in a US$37 million financing round of secured debt and equity with investment funds.
