    Adv. Yonatan Altman is the Chairman of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Adv. Altman has over 25 years of legal and business experience. Over the years, he has led a large number of complex and wide-ranging transactions, advised his clients on various investment issues and accompanied leading funds throughout their journey.

    Adv. Altman has extensive experience and knowledge of local and international businesses, especially in the technological arena. Over the years, he developed an in-depth understanding of the vital needs of many companies and organizations and a deep expertise of global markets. Adv. Altman’s unique knowledge and connections in the industry enables him to accompany and guide entrepreneurs and managers in private and public technology companies in the fields of financing, capital raising and strategic business development.

    As part of his work with funds and investment entities, Mr. Altman engages in the formation of funds, formulation of a funding strategy, and consultation on investment and business development strategies. He has unique knowledge in the fund formation field and is familiar with all the fund’s needs from the concept stage, through establishment to the ongoing activities of the fund.  Mr. Altman’s unique understanding of what is needed for the success of a fund allows him to contribute to the maximum growth of the funds he is accompanying.
