APM & Co. continues to lead the legal sector with the highest proportion of ranked female attorneys to attorneys ranked in the office, in comparison to competitors

We are proud to be a firm that believes in diversity in employment. Therefore, aside for the fact that at our office, 50% of the legal staff is female and 50% is male, it is unsurprising that in comparison to competing law offices, we lead with the highest ratio of female lawyers ranked out of all ranked lawyers in the firm.

Ever since the office was founded, the highest value which accompanied the founding generation and the today’s continuing generation is to see the person in the center without discrimination based on gender, sex, nationality or religion. This is how we have benefited from diverse and high-quality administrative and legal teams over the years.

We are not surprised by the data, but we continue to be proud of it and are happy to bring this to your attention!
