    Doron Levy is a senior partner and heads the Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co’s Tax and Class Action practices.

    Mr. Levy is widely considered a leading tax expert, with over 25 years of experience advising clients on the various legal aspects of a wide range of economic and fiscal issues.

    Mr. Levy Specializes in all matters pertaining to Israeli and international taxation, including direct and in-direct taxes in Israel and abroad, corporate taxation, land taxation, property taxation, funding of investments, taxation on commercial deals and complex real estate transactions, as well as special expertise on tax planning based on international tax laws, negotiating with relevant tax authorities, and representing clients in court on tax related matters.

    Among his clients are “high profile” individuals and local and international corporations who profit from his expertise in achieving ideal tax results.

    Mr. Levy is a co-author of the leading tax treatise in Israel “International Taxation”, considered to be the most comprehensive treatise in Israel in the area of International tax. The book is based on comparative study conducted over three years, and on extensive experience in the field of international taxation.

    Having been active in the area of class action for over 15 years, Mr. Levy has played a significant role in developing this relatively new area of litigation in Israel- even prior to the enactment of the class action law.

    In the area of class actions, Mr. Levy has vast experience representing clients in tax and non-tax related class action suits. He is experienced in representing both sides of the class action, which is unique among Israeli lawyers. Furthermore, his activity in this field, including the high profile class actions he has been involved with, has achieved a long list of precedents, which have had significant influence on the public.

    Mr. Levy also provides ongoing counsel in the areas of capital markets and securities law to publicly traded companies, reporting entities and asset brokers.
