    Ruth Amit Fogel

    Adv Ruth Amit-Fogel, is a counsel at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Ruth has extensive experience in complex transactions in various fields of the legal practice, including real estate, banking and finance, tenders, planning and zoning, public administration and commercial law.

    Ms. Amit-Fogel also has a unique expertise in the matters regarding water management legislation in Israel and providing legal advise in related matters thereto.

    Ms. Amit-Fogel’s clients include, inter alia, leading commercial enterprises, local authorities and other public organizations as well as israeli and international banks and insurance corporations, including from Spain and South America.

    Ms. Amit-Fogel serves as a director in a number of private and public companies which operate, inter alia, in the capital and pension markets.

    Ms. Amit-Fogel is also a special consultant to “Naamat”, a voluntary women’s organization, striving to create and facilitate social change via various non-profit organizations.

    Ms. Amit-Fogel is a co-founder of the Israeli center for aid and assistance to victims of sexual harassment (Rape Crisis Center) in which she volunteered for many years.

    Additional Activities:

    • Ms. Amit-Fogel serves as the Honorary Consul of Paraguay in Israel.

    In addition to her work Ms. Amit- Fogel is:

    • A member of the Israel- Latin America Chamber of commerce in Israel
    • Board member of the Consular Corp of Israel
    • Vice President of the Ambassadors’ Club of Israel
