    Who we represent

We provide legal services relating to administrative and regulatory issues to some of the most influential bodies, individuals and companies in Israel. Our clients span across a variety of sectors and include:

    • Construction entrepreneurs.
    • Retail companies.
    • Planning bodies.
    • Residents’ committees.
    • Local authorities, committees and municipalities.
    • Local governments.

    What we do

We offer a full-service department to support clients on complex legal proceedings such as:

    • Advising and representing clients in disputes involving parliamentary (Knesset) committees, government ministries, local governments and municipalities.
    • Advising and representing clients in matters involving regulatory and governmental bodies, including the Israel Land Authority.
    • Advising on matters related to public tenders, financing, fees and levies and planning, construction and zoning.
    • Preparing and submitting applications for regulatory permits and petitions.

    Our recent experience includes:

    • Representing a client against a local municipality following a termination of contract. The contract had been entered into by virtue of a public tender won by our client, a company operating in the planning, marketing and building of hundreds of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square meters of employment and commerce structures in the South Bat Yam Business District. The contract was valued at billions of NIS and involved advice on complext matters of planning and zoning, public tenders and unjust enrichment equitable laws.
    • Acting against a local municipality for expropriation of a plot belonging to the Druze Wakf.
    • Representing 120 residents of a leading city in their efforts to prevent the destruction of the city’s largest and unique green area that hosts a thriving and active community garden.
    • Presenting an administrative petition against the Israel Land Authority for a reassessment of value.
    • Abrogation of demolition orders.
    • A petition against the Supervisor of Banks for supervisory failures.
