She had served for 7 years as chairperson of the Regional Planning and Construction Council of “Gevaot Alonim”. Adv. Hamed coordinates the work of teams that include surveyors and architects through which she promotes numerous urban building plans, from the stage of preparation of a plan, drafting the governing documents, obtaining a plan pre-ruling, plan deposition through to representation in objections, appeals and petitions, including in appeals before the Supreme Court.
