    Salam Hamed

    Adv. Salam Hamed is a partner in the Planning and Zoning Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Adv. Hamed brings with her unparallel experience in the fields of planning, construction and zoning. She had served for 7 years as chairperson of the Regional Planning and Construction Council of “Gevaot Alonim”.  Adv. Hamed coordinates the work of teams that include surveyors and architects through which she promotes numerous urban building plans, from the stage of preparation of a plan, drafting the governing documents, obtaining a plan pre-ruling, plan deposition through to representation in objections, appeals and petitions, including in appeals before the Supreme Court.

    Adv. Hamed was included in the Globes Magazine prestigious list of 40 promising professionals under the age of 40, in the magazine’s first edition.

    Salam’s professional positions and opinions are frequently heard by various planning committees and are echoed in written press as well.

    Adv. Hamed is a significant persona in laying down the governmental policies in the field of urban renewal for the Dan Central District during a period in which the construction sector is being led by urban renewal projects.

    Adv. Hamed offers the firm’s clients a multi-disciplinary envelope of services in the field of planning and zoning, including the representation of clients in administrative petitions, appeals before planning bodies, handling licensing and permit processes, including betterment tax levies, expropriations and more. In this respect, Adv. Hamed represents numerous local authorities, local planning committees and leading real property project initiators.

     Adv. Salam is also a qualified civil engineer, and together with her legal qualifications, she offers the firm’s clients a unique and unprecedented advantage in providing solutions for complex planning matters with the utmost professionalism and always with a pleasant attitude. She is highly regarded for her professional and multi-disciplinary capabilities.

    Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Hamed was a partner at Shavit, Bar-On, Gal-On, Tzin, Vitkon & Co.

    Adv. Hamed is active in the firm since 2021.
