Our Planning and Zoning department’s experience is unique in that we have created out-of-the-box and innovative solutions to planning and zoning challenges facing major real estate companies, owners, entrepreneurs and investors, as well as corporations, local authorities and planning institutions.

This allows us to come up with the most creative answers to difficult questions around planning and zoning, acting as a bridge to international parties involved in the vibrant and fluid Israeli real estate sector.

    We specialize in promoting urban development plans that require building permits, we advise on urban renewal projects (Pinui-Binui and TAMA 38), and act in complex cases surrounding improvement levies. Furthermore, we also represent clients in claims for planning damages, expropriation cases, objections to complex plans, and applications for permits, and more. We help to successfully negotiate development and other agreements between authorities and entrepreneurs.
