    Assaf Baruch

    Adv Assaf Baruch is a partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.’s High Tech and Venture Capital practice.

    Assaf  brings over 15 years of experience in commercial law and corporate transactional work, with a specific focus on the hi-tech ecosystem. His areas of expertise include private equity, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions.

    In his role, Assaf represents venture capital funds in their portfolio investments and provides comprehensive legal guidance to emerging growth companies in the Hi-Tech and Bio-Tech sectors. He navigates these companies through every phase of their evolution, from inception, through various funding rounds, culminating in successful exits.

    In addition to his primary focus, Assaf has a background in commercial litigation and real estate law from his previous roles. He has represented clients in shareholder and contractual disputes and has adeptly handled a variety of real estate transactions. This diverse background continues to enrich his current practice, enabling him to offer a unique and comprehensive perspective to his clients.

    Equipped with a deep understanding of the intersection between law and technology, and backed by a proven track record, Assaf is ideally positioned to deliver effective legal solutions for complex commercial challenges.

    Before joining APM, Assaf was a partner in a boutique commercial law firm and an associate in a leading Israeli law firm.
