Yifat Weiss – Promoted to Partner
Yifat is a graduate of the Bar Ilan University Law Faculty. Yifat has been working in the firm’s Tax Department since 2015, and she primarily practices Israeli taxation, specifically, Hi-Tech taxation, including the taxation of investment transactions, M&A transactions, corporate structure changes in Israeli and international corporate groups, venture capital funds, and capital-based benefit plans for employees, senior executives, and consultants in companies.
Yair Avraham – Promoted to Partner
Yair is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty. Yair has been working in the firm’s Tax and Class Actions Department since 2010, and he primarily engages in direct and indirect taxation class actions, as well as civil commercial litigation. Yair regularly advises the firm’s clients on regulatory matters and consumer protection regulatory compliance.
Assaf Baruch – Promoted to Partner
Assaf is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty and Management Faculty. In June 2021 Assaf joined the firm’s Hi-Tech Department and he primarily focuses on advising venture capital funds, international and private investors in their investment and M&A transactions, as well as advising hi-tech companies on a host of technological related matters, including, commercial, licensing, and ongoing daily legal matters.
