Adv. Amitai Erlich is a partner and head of the Real Estate Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Adv. Erlich specializes in leading and managing a diverse array of large-scale real estate transactions. These include various types of real property and related agreements (real property acquisition, acquisition of private and public real estate companies, acquisition of buildings and commercial centers, acquisition and management of properties overseas). Adv. Erlich is an expert in advising real property project initiators, contractors, real property acquisition groups, as well as providing hands-on legal services to all kinds of real estate projects throughout the country, from initiation, acquisition of land and through to the completion of the project and the recording of the rights.

These characteristics unique to Amitai provide his clients with the confidence of entrusting him with the management of complex projects knowing that no detail is too small. Many of Amitai’s clients benefiting from his special expertise are foreign residents not closely involved in the local Israeli real estate market, and who are unable to personally manage and supervise the daily operations of their properties and assets.

Adv. Erlich provides a hands-on and personal service, often developing close relationships with his clients, whilst at all times observing dedication and loyalty to the clients’ interests and needs. Amitai strongly believes that an attorney’s role is to promote transactions and make proceedings easier and smoother for the client. His hands-on approach, coupled with his utmost dedication to the needs of his clients throughout the various stages of representation, instill confidence in his clients that they are in the best hands.

In addition to Adv. Erlich’s professional activities, Amitai voluntarily serves as director at the Gertner Institute for Epidemiology and Health Policy Research by the Tel Hashomer Medical Center, HaShomer HaChadash – Zionist Social-Educational Organization and Tzohar – a Social Movement dedicated to promoting and securing an ethical, inclusive and untied Jewish society in Israel. Amitai also volunteers with Arrow for Israel, as well as serving as a trustee in several local and global charities. Amitai served in the Golani Brigade and the Medical Core of the IDF. He recently retired from military reserve duty, and until his retirement held the rank of Major in reserves.
