    Our department handles one of the largest volumes of urban renewal projects in Israel. We advise developers, contractors, homeowners, tenants and urban renewal companies on commercial, residential, private, public and large-scale urban renewal projects. The aggregate value of our urban renewal projects is in the multibillions of dollars.

    We have accumulated experience in large-scale urban renewal projects representing developers all over Israel including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Herzliya and in many other additional thriving metropolitan areas.

    We have experience working on projects such as:

    • TAMA 38, TAMA 38/2, NOP 38 and Pinui-Binui (Evacuation and Reconstruction)
    • Real estate funds investing in urban renewal projects in high-demand areas.
    • Advising banks, insurance companies and funds providing finance to developers for building new urban renewal projects.

    Recent experience includes:

    • TAMA 38 and Pinui-Binui projects at various stages, from planning to sale, that total more than 10,000 residential units with a total selling price of over NIS 14 billion.
    • Advising and representing real estate funds in investments in urban renewal projects with an aggregate value of over billions of NIS.
    • Preparation of an urban renewal plan for the entire Givat Rambam neighborhood in the city of Givatayim, covering a 335 dunam area in addition to several vacate & build compounds, which are intended to add 3,013 residential units to the existing 3,000 units in the neighborhood in a project valued NIS 500 million.
