    Mali Ben Yosef

    Adv. Mali Ben Yosef is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Mali is experienced in representing and handling an array of real estate transactions, including, for commerce and residential projects as well as land ownership transactions and urban renewal projects.

    In her work, Adv. Ben Yosef advises real property project initiators, contractors, property developers and real property purchase groups through all stages of the transaction, from the early negotiations, due diligence, drafting and finalization of the transaction contracts, through to the registration of rights with the Land Registration Office.

    Adv. Ben Yosef advises companies holding yielding properties across the country, be it in the acquisition and financing of the investments or the leasing transactions for the properties once acquired. This often includes the drafting and negotiating of high-value lease agreements working vis-à-vis asset managers and external professional advisors.

    Mali further advises the firm’s clients, including property developers and contractors, in their daily business operations and activities.

    Adv. Ben Yosef is experienced and qualified in preparing living wills in connection with real estate transactions, often a necessity when handling transactions for high-net-worth individuals and families.

    Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Ben Yosef was an associate at a leading real estate practice of another firm.
