He has extensive and rich experience of nearly 30 years in all aspects of commercial law and a wide range of fields.

Almog and his team’s areas of expertise include managing large-scale corporate and commercial transactions, starting from identifying the business opportunity (and sometimes even creating it), the initial drafting of the framework for engagement, legal due diligence, drafting agreements, managing negotiations and through to signing the agreements and monitoring their implementation. The commercial department has unique expertise, among other areas, in the following: collaboration and joint venture agreements, merger agreements, investment agreements, acquisition of activity agreements, sale and purchase agreements, licenses and franchises, distribution agreements, tender laws (including assistance in submitting bids and drafting ancillary engagements), and accompanying renewable energy and natural gas infrastructure projects (including preparing engagement frameworks, performance agreements, EPC and O&M).

In addition, Almog maintains a full-service real estate practice in Israel and abroad (primarily in eastern Europe, Black Sea states, Balkan states and the US), within which he provides legal services to clients in the initiation and construction of residential and commercial real estate projects, as well as income-producing properties, from the initial stages of project development and fundraising through closing.

Over the last decade, he has represented many clients (including foreign investors and large-scale Israeli investors) in a wide variety of real estate transactions and projects in Tel Aviv and throughout Israel, including combination transactions, purchase and construction of office buildings, residential complexes, industrial buildings, and mixed-use real estate projects with a special expertise in evacuation and construction projects in the framework of urban renovation (Pinui Binui). Almog represents developers and investors in all phases of real estate transactions including fundraising, banking finance agreements, land registration, planning and zoning procedures and the drafting and negotiation of contracts for a variety of real estate transactions. Almog and his team incorporate vast experience and connections in order to provide clients with first-class business oriented legal services.

In addition to his professional work, Almog is extensively involved in associations and the public sphere, including organizing and managing fundraising events for the Pediatric Oncology Department at Tel Hashomer Hospital, membership in the General Assembly of the “Friends of Sheba” Association, and providing ongoing legal counsel to the “Nirim” Association that assists at-risk youth, as well as the “Shem Olam” Association that commemorates the Holocaust.
