    Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. is proud and happy to present its new partners for 2024 Attorneys Limor Segman, Renana Grinberg, and Yaniv Holzman.
    Limor, Rinat and Yaniv all grew and developed in their respective departments and, after years of training and nurturing, we believe they accurately represent our firm’s values and professional standards.The development of lawyers at our firm and their training for partner positions is a direct result of our holistic organizational approach, which develops and fosters excellence by promoting personal growth across various dimensions.
    Their partnership will further advance and solidify the firm’s development over the years.

    Yaniv Holzman – Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department
    Yaniv is a graduate of the Bar Ilan University Faculty of Law. He works in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Class Action Department, and his main areas of practice are class action litigation in various fields and civil-commercial litigation. Yaniv also provides ongoing legal advice to clients on various matters, with an emphasis on banking law, securities law and consumer protection.

    Limor Segman – Partner in the Insolvency and Litigation Department
    Limor Segman is a graduate of the Rishon LeZion College of Management Academic Studies. She works in the firm’s Litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Department. As manager of the Bankruptcy Proceedings Department, Limor is responsible for bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of the trustee in bankruptcy. Additionally, Limor serves as office holder in insolvency files on behalf of the trustee, and she provides ongoing representation and advice to creditors and third parties in insolvency proceedings.

    Renana Grinberg – Partner in the Real Estate Department
    Renana is a graduate of the Bar Ilan University Faculty of Law. She works in the firm’s Real Estate Department where she has advanced professionally. Her main areas of practice are various types of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on urban renewal (Tama 38 demolition and construction agreements and mixed-use evacuation and construction sites) as well as drafting real estate financing agreements for various financing entities, developers and private clients.
