    Aharon Pollak

Co-founder and senior partner Aharon Pollak has been known for decades as one of the leading litigation and dispute resolution lawyers in Israel. He has vast experience representing clients in the various courts and tribunals as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

At first, Mr. Pollak dealt with various legal issues, most of which centered around corporate, commercial and property law. Over the years he established the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, which he has led successfully through hundreds of dispute cases, some of which bore precedential and important rulings.

Mr. Pollak’s extensive experience and knowledge allow him to provide an abstract yet practical legal analysis of cases, as well as offer creative solutions to various issues. His personal skills, understanding of his client’s as well as the counter party’s needs, together with his integrity and ethics, have made him a leader and one of the most respected lawyers in Israel.

After 50 years of accumulated practice Mr. Pollak still has much appreciation for the legal profession. It is this passion for his work that has led him to turn to mediation and arbitration, developing a unique and innovative method for conducting such proceedings. This enables Mr. Pollak to use his accumulated knowledge, experience and reputation as a corporate and commercial litigator, for the benefit of the feuding parties.

Mr. Pollak believes one should examine each and every case and analyze it theoretically, for the purpose of implementing the creative theoretical solution on the practical case. He feels one must always remember that behind every case there is a human being, and therefore the human aspect must be taken into consideration and given a stage right alongside the client’s personal needs and the case’s economical aspects.

Attorney Aharon Pollak serves as a member of the Israeli Bar Conflict Resolution Committee as well as the Tel Aviv County Courts Committee. Moreover, attorney Pollak serves as the chairman of the David Weiner Center for Lawyers Ethics and Professional Responsibility. He is also an active member in several community-based organizations.
