    Adv. Aharon Pollak Lectured at a One Day Seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution Practices, Which Took Place at Bar Ilan University

    Adv. Aharon Pollak, our firm’s co-founder and senior partner, whom heads our litigation and dispute resolution department, lectured at a one day seminar on alternative dispute resolution practices, such as arbitration and mediation, which was organized by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education at Bar Ilan.

     

    Adv. Pollak in his lecture referred to several “burning” issues such as the mediator’s authorities (with comparison with Section 76 to the Israeli Courts Act). Adding parties, whom are not part of the disputed contract, to the arbitration procedure if there is a true suspicion of criminal behavior.
