Liel Meirow

Liel Meirow is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Law Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Liel provides legal advice to the firm’s clients on a wide range of competition and regulatory issues, including drafting legal opinions, designing and implementing compliance programs, advising on the anti-trust and competition law aspects of transactions, ongoing competition and regulatory advice, and more. She also represents the firm’s clients before the Israel Competition Authority, including merger clearance applications, applications for exemption from restrictive arrangements, requests for information, and enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining our firm, Liel interned in the Legal Advice Division of the Israel Securities Authority. As part of her internship, Liel participated in legislation and regulation processes in the field of securities law. She was also part of the “Forum 35+” team, which promotes gender diversity on the boards of reporting corporations, mutual fund management companies, and supervised investment portfolio management companies.
