Amit Pollak Matalon & Co. Organized a One Day Seminar on “Principles and Practice in Commercial Activities in India”

The seminar was organized in cooperation with the Manufacturers Association of Israel. Many senior stakeholders in India or plan to do so participated in the seminar.

Adv. Benjamin Grossman, who heads the firm’s Indian practice, referred to the business, regulatory and legal challenges which rise alongside the business opportunities that Israeli companies demand to promote and develop cooperation between companies in India. Furthermore, Adv. Grossman suggested practical legal tools for the Israeli companies for the encounter with the Indian market.

Mr. Dan Catarivas-director of the Manufacturers Association’s foreign trade affairs, Dr. Anju Kumar- Deputy Ambassador and Head of Commercial Office at the Embassy of India in Israel and Ms. Rina Pushkarna an entrepreneur, business woman and  restaurateur, who enriched the participants with professional, practical and important information regarding the Indian sub-continent as a strategic business destination.
