We are proud to have represented Square One Labs Build – one of only two deep-tech incubators recently selected by the Israel Innovation Authority as part of its technology incubator program.
Our team was led by Stephen Barak Rozen a Partner in our Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice, Head of International Relationships, and Head of our Israel Innovation Authority Practice, together with Ido Hazan, also a Partner in our Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice, and supported by Dana Lubin and Shachar Raphaeli. We provided strategic legal counsel to the incubator throughout the process.
It was a true pleasure to work alongside the incubator’s visionary founders, Amir Fishelov, Jonathan Bik and Yoav Galin, whose leadership and determination turned this bold idea into a reality.
