Zachi Zach

Adv. Zachi Zach is a counsel in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

For the last 20 years, Zachi’s professional roles have included lawyer, business advisor and an entrepreneur in the online industry. During his career, Zachi worked with numerous clients, including in the fields of Gaming and Gambling, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain, Digital Advertising, Fintech and eCommerce, helping them to minimize legal risk while maximizing business opportunities. As a lawyer, Zachi provides to his clients the full set of legal services they require without limitations, including the formation of international corporate structures; complex commercial deals; joint ventures and shareholders agreements; all kinds of financing transactions including equity, debt and convertible financing rounds and M&As.
