    Yulia Kniazev

    Adv. Yulia Kniazev is an of Counsel in the firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Yulia has extensive experience in representing clients from all technology sectors and specializes in representing investment entities, early-stage startups as well as well-established companies with international activities, all while affording special attention to the needs of each client.

    Yulia represents a wide array of clients in the high-tech industry, including leading Israeli and foreign corporations, investment entities (including venture capital funds) and startups from a variety of sectors, including food-tech, mobility and software services. Yulia areas of expertise also include working with incubators, labs and accelerators (including ones operating pursuant to the Israeli Innovation Authority’s funding tracks), extensive experience leading investment rounds and in venture capital investment, as well as background in drafting and negotiating strategic and commercial agreements in the field of SaaS and related services.

    • Representation of a food-tech startup company in the food tech industry in its ongoing activities and in two investment rounds, as well as two interim financings, with a total value of over US$160 million.
    • Representation of several incubators and accelerators in their ongoing and investment activities.
    • Representation of an Israeli technology company with international activity in a loan and security agreement with a value of NIS22 million vis-à-vis Bank Leumi.
    • Representation of an Israeli technology company with international activity in a sale of assets of approximately NIS3 million in value.
    • Representation of an Israeli technology company with international activity in an inversion process into a Delaware company and an investment of US$18.5 million.
