Shira Ivgi Spigelman

Shira Ivgi Spigelman is an attorney in the Firm’s Labor Law Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Shira provides ongoing legal counsel and advice to companies operating in different sectors regarding their employment relationships. She also regularly drafts professional legal opinions on various issues in the field of labor law. Additionally, she represents companies in complex legal disputes related to labor laws in court, in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and in front of relevant government ministries.

Previously, Shira served as a legal assistant at the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv to the Honorable Judge Michal Naim Dibner. She completed her internship at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Criminal Department).

During her studies, Shira worked as a coordinator at the Rackman Center’s Legal Aid Clinic for Women. In 2012-2013, she served as the Secretary-General of the ILSA association, which promoted law students in Israel, with an emphasis on strengthening ties with law students from abroad.
