    Adv. Shani Ashkenasi is a partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. and head of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital field in the Employment and Labor Relations Department.

    Shani has significant and vast experience in providing unique solutions that fully meet the diverse range of legal and regulatory requirements, whilst exhibiting in-depth understanding of the labor and employment market across the different sectors.

    Shani provides ongoing legal advice to the firm’s clients in a myriad of employment and labor related matters, including, the drafting of unique employment and other agreements throughout the work-cycle, compensation mechanisms, legal opinions, crisis management, workforce reduction proceedings, sexual harassment inquiries, significant events, complex employment termination proceedings, obtaining permits, managing proceedings for regulating work-conditions and social benefits, consulting on employment and labor aspects of financial transactions, e.g., M&As, IPOs, including due diligence processes and examination of employee rights. In addition, Shani has vast expertise in representing employers before all instances of the employment & labor tribunals, as well as before the Ministry for the Economy, including in matters of permits and inquiries relating to enforcement and regulation of labor laws.

    Shani’s expertise is diverse and wide in the realm of labor and employment, and she frequently handles these matters across various sectors, such as Hi-Tech, finance, traditional industries and national security industries.
