Shachar Gilbar is an Associate in the Insolvency and Litigation Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Before joining the firm as an attorney, Shachar interned in the Insolvency and Litigation Department at the firm.

Shachar provides comprehensive legal advice and leads litigation and insolvency proceedings, including company liquidations, creditor arrangements, stays of proceedings, receiverships, and more.

She specializes in managing complex legal proceedings, demonstrating creativity and developing innovative legal strategies that incorporate a wide range of legal tools.

Shachar advises a broad range of the firm’s clients, including banks, non-banking financial institutions, public and private companies, as well as private clients.
