Rachel Fisher-Wachtel

Rachel Fisher-Wachtel is a lawyer in the Insolvency and Litigation Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Rachel has been practicing in the field of insolvency and representing trustees for approximately 5 years.

Rachel has been a certified mediator by the National Center for Mediation – Israel Bar Association since 2021.

During her academic studies, Rachel participated in the Clinic for Assisting Judges at the Magistrates’ Court in Beit Shemesh, where she was exposed to hearings and engaged in legal and judicial practice in various fields.

In addition, Rachel participated in the “Law, Medicine, and Psychiatry” clinic, which provides legal assistance in the field of social work. There, she was exposed to lower socioeconomic populations and the difficulties they face, and she worked to protect her clients’ rights.
