Or Elkayam is an associate in Antitrust and Competition law Department in Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Or provides legal advice to the firm’s clients on a broad range of subjects within the field of competition law and regulation, including preparing professional opinions, drawing up and implementing enforcement plans, assisting on transactions with a competitive aspect to them, ongoing assistance regarding matters of competition and regulation, etc. Or also represents the firm’s clients in their activities before the Competition Authority, including approval of merger requests, requests for an exemption from a binding agreement, information requests and enforcement procedures.

Before joining APM, Or was an attorney at the Competition Authority’s administrative enforcement division where she did her internship and gained considerable experience dealing with violations of the Competition Law, the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law and the system of pre-supervision of mergers, as well as in representation before the Competition Tribunal and various parties in the economy.
