    Attorney Noam Weiss is a partner in the Real Estate Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Noam provides legal counsel for a wide range of real estate transactions and projects, including complex sale deals (commercial, residential and industrial) with significant financial scopes, combination deals, income-producing real estate, commercial real estate (purchase of offices, establishing commercial centers, logistics and industrial buildings, etc.), transactions regarding construction of residential neighborhoods in Judea and Samaria, and urban renewal transactions (both representing developers at all stages of projects as well as representing residents), and also providing ongoing representation and advice regarding project financing vis-à-vis financial institutions and private lenders.

    Noam has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. His extensive experience combined with his understanding of land processes and tax-related knowledge provide Noam with the ability to give his clients comprehensive and professional counsel. Noam believes in personalized service tailored to the client’s needs, being available and providing clients with professional and thorough responses.

    In addition to his professional work, Noam is involved with a number of social and community service projects. Among other things, he serves as a management board member of the Communities Fund, a philanthropic organization that incorporates over 45 community organizations in the social and economic periphery of Israel, such as: Ofakim, Netivot, Acre, Karmiel, Lod an more. Noam is one of the founders of the “MAHUT” Israel organization that provides professional assistance in crisis situations in the resilience domain. He also serves as manager and trustee of the Kushnir Charitable Trust, which assists destitute elderly citizens throughout Israel. Noam is a family man and he loves hiking and cooking.
