    Moran Lantosh is a partner and head of the Employers Practice in the Labor Law Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    For years, Moran has been engaged in advising and representing employers, mainly employee-intensive companies, in various areas, in their ongoing operations and complex issues that arise regarding their employment arrangements.

    Moran drafts legal opinions on complex matters, provides her clients with ongoing counsel, and closely accompanies her clients through significant organizational processes such as terminations, engagement with employees/freelancers, organizational changes and arising crises.

    Moran’s uniqueness is reflected in her ability to work closely with her clients on a daily basis with care and availability, and to create creative solutions to complex issues, combining legal, organizational and business aspects, and with a desire to act efficiently and prudently to prevent crises and conflicts. She is determined and manages legal disputes in a professional manner whenever they arise.

    Moran has expertise in collective labor law, and experience representing clients before tribunals in collective disputes, conducting collective bargaining negotiations, drafting collective agreements, and more.

    Additionally, Moran is experienced in managing various labor law proceedings – including complex legal proceedings, sexual harassment cases, criminal matters, class actions in labor law, advising and representing employers in administrative and criminal proceedings, representing in cases of breach of non-compete and confidentiality, requests for dismissal permits from the Labor Ministry, conducting compliance surveys, managing risks and streamlining processes stemming from labor laws, writing legal opinions and conducting legal reviews.

    Moreover, as part of the service provided by Moran to her clients, on a regular basis, Moran delivers lectures and practical workshops to managers and various functions in companies and organizations, on relevant and important topics such as – prevention of sexual harassment, labor law toolkit, managing termination processes and more.

    Moran is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University, where during her studies she volunteered with the “Heart and Law” association providing legal assistance to the underprivileged. Previously, Moran served as a legal assistant to the Honorable retired Judge Ronit Rosenzweig at the National Labor Court. She completed her internship at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil Division).
