    Hi-Tech and Venture Capital

    Adv. Lia Rotshtein Carmi is an associate in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department in Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Lia advises start-up and hi-tech companies in their ongoing business ventures and activities, including in relation to acquisition, investment and various commercial agreements and transactions.

    In addition, Lia advises various types of investment funds on all aspects of their formation and ongoing management and investment activities.

    Lia completed her legal internship in the firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department and was invited to continue in an associate position upon qualifying.
