    Adv. Keyan Shaheen is an associate in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Adv. Shaheen ongoingly advises hi-tech companies, innovation labs and tech-incubators on the diverse aspects of their business and operations, as well as in connection with acquisition transactions and equity investments.

    Keyan joined the firm after having completed her legal internship in the Competition and Commercial Department of Yigal Arnon & Co., where she gained experience in advising a broad range of large and renowned global companies.
