    Adv. Einat Carmi Barak is a partner and Head of the Firm’s Labor Law Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    In addition to her expertise and extensive years of experience in employment and labor law, Einat has a comprehensive business perspective that puts the client’s needs first and aims to avoid problems before they arise. She is also very knowledgeable regarding the business world and the working methods of different types of organizations. All of these attributes combined with creativity and a profound understanding of the legal system provide added and significant value to her clients.

    Einat advocates for and advises organizations and employers, among the most well-known and prominent in the country, in their ongoing activities and many complex issues related to their employment needs. Among Einat’s clients are companies from various sectors, including high-tech companies, food companies, gas stations and convenience stores, manufacturing plants, employers in kibbutzim, start-up companies, public transportation companies, car importers, capital market companies, service providers, international companies and more. Additionally, Einat brings with her extensive experience in representing senior employees and officers.

    Einat deals with various aspects of employment and labor law, and has expertise managing complex legal proceedings, including collective bargaining and labor disputes, sexual harassment claims, criminal matters, class actions in labor law, administrative and criminal proceedings, regulation issues related to employment by international organizations in their operations in Israel, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, petitions before the Ministry of Labor, pension and social security issues, compliance surveys, risk management and streamlining processes originating in labor law, writing legal opinions and conducting legal examinations.

    Thanks to Einat’s reputation as an expert in her field and her numerous diverse capabilities, she is frequently invited to lecture and guide in various forums on topics related to employment and labor law, such as preventing sexual harassment, recruitment processes, dismissal and hearing processes, pensions and social security, and more. Einat also serves as an employers’ representative on behalf of the Manufacturers’ Association in labor appeal committees.

    In addition, Einat is ranked in Israeli and international legal ranking guides as a prominent and esteemed labor lawyer.

    Einat is heavily involved in community life and assists in promoting causes close to her heart. Among other things, Einat regularly accompanies the Nirim Association, an association for at-risk youth, providing it with pro bono legal counsel.
