Ayala Netser is an attorney in the Labor Law Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.
Ayala provides internal legal counsel and support to companies and commercial organizations, offering broad solutions to the diverse issues that arise in the course of her clients’ ongoing business activities.
Currently, Ayala serves as in-house legal counsel for the Bar Group – which is comprised of six leading companies in the logistics and distribution sectors.
Ayala has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including: transaction support, drafting contracts (i.e., service agreements, leases, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements), and managing negotiations; participating in tenders; privacy and information security; supporting employee recruitment and termination processes; corporate compliance and regulation management, including in the areas of consumer affairs, telecommunications, privacy and information security, tourism and aviation; corporate meetings, minutes, and resolutions; and appearing before public and municipal authorities.

- Reichman University, LL.B. degree, combined with a specialization in business administration and finance (2001).
