    Adv. Ami Eyal is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Financing Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Ami handles all matters in the realm of real estate, and has significant experience in this practice area.

    Adv. Eyal represents in, advises on, and handles complex real estate transactions, amongst others, residential, commercial, employment and industrial projects. Adv. Eyal also handles the financing aspects of real estate transactions, often representing financial bodies as well as private individuals and project initiators in obtaining financing. His representation includes the handling of commercial real estate agreements, joint ownership agreements, real property purchase groups, project initiation agreements, contractors’ agreements, legal opinions, diverse sale agreements, planning and construction processes and proceedings, representation before various instances and arbitrations, as well as handling the registration and recording of real property transactions.

    Adv. Eyal advises and provides hands-on legal counselling in relation to a wide range of real property transactions throughout all stages of a project – beginning with the preliminary checks prior to engagement in a transactions, legal due diligence, tax planning, negotiations, execution of agreements, financial planning of transactions, implementation and execution of transactions and land development, including, planning, obtaining licenses and permits, tax assessments, registration of pledges, infrastructure matters, the construction itself, engagements with contractors and service providers, marketing of projects, lease/sale transactions, through to the formal registration of the rights in a project.

    The legal services Ami provides include representation before governmental and local municipal bodies, planning bodies, the Land Tax Authority, the Israel Land Authority, local municipal councils, banks and other financial institutions.
