Adv. Rachel Harari-Lifshits, a partner and heads the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, gave her point of view on labor law developments occurred in 2015.
In the article, Adv. Harari-Lifshits mentioned the initiative of changing work hours payment system from examining how many hours an employee works every work day to examining how many did an employee worked in a month.
If this initiative will be approved, the law will fit to 21st century working practice, says Adv. Harari-Lifshits.
