    Adv. Anat Sterenlib-Molkho, a partner and heads the firm’s Israeli Real Estate department, was interviewed by Calcalist regarding changes in acquisition groups in the last few years.

    The article review the volume of acquisition groups projects, which were significantly reduced in the last few years, that, among other reasons, due to the many publications about failures in the acquisition groups.

    According to Adv. Anat Sterenlib-Molkho, there is no doubt that there is much more awareness and understanding to the risks involved in acquiring an apartment through acquisition groups. Nevertheless, in light of the increase of real-estate prices and the rising real-estate destress, we meet clients that are willing to take that risk.

    Adv. Molkho explained that alongside the increase of real-estate prices and destress, acquisition groups have the possibility to offer apartments in a relatively low price. Therefore, as long as the real-estate prices and destress keep rising, there will be always people who are willing to take that risks involved in acquisition groups.
