    Litigation and Dispute Resolution

    Ofir Yam Goldman-Peled is an attorney in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Ofir specializes in civil and commercial litigation. She handles complex litigation cases and provides ongoing legal support to her clients regarding both business and personal activities, including appearing before various courts.

    In addition, Ofir specializes in the preparation of enduring powers of attorney, wills, and prenuptial agreements tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

    Ofir is a certified mediator, having completed a mediation course under the Program for Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Management at Bar-Ilan University, as well as the guided mediation practice program in the court system.

    She also completed a directors’ training program at Bar-Ilan University.
