    Among the myriad of proposed legislative initiatives in the scope of the “Economic Plan” included in the Law of Arrangements, the Tax Authority and the Ministry of Finance are proposing legislation amendments of the taxation rules applicable to Israeli partnerships

    According to Adv. (CPA) Racheli Guz-Lavi, our co-managing partner and partner in our Tax Department: “Despite the bill memorandum supposedly intended to clarify and develop the tax regime in relation to the taxation of partnerships and the rights holders therein, effectively, it opens the back-door to several provisions that entail actual prejudice to tax payors”.
