Ofir Yam Goldman-Peled is an attorney in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.
Ofir practices in the fields of civil and commercial litigation. In her work, she handles complex litigation cases and provides ongoing legal support to her clients regarding both business and personal activities, including appearing before various courts.
In addition, Ofir specializes in drafting enduring powers of attorney, wills, and prenuptial agreements tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
Ofir is a certified mediator, having completed the Mediation Program offered by the Program in Conflict Management, Resolution and Negotiation at Bar-Ilan University, as well as the court-sponsored guided mediation practicum.
She is also a graduate of the Directors Training Program at Bar-Ilan University.
