Shmuel Birbir is a senior associate in the Litigation Department at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., while his main fields of practice are civil and commercial litigation, banking, class actions and derivative suits.

Shmuel Birbir represents various clients, such as banking, energy and insurance corporations, local and international, in civil and commercial proceedings, before various Israeli courts, as well as arbitration and mediation.

Since 2018, Shmuel is a member of National Court Forum of the Israel Bar Association.
