    Tax

    Adv. Shay Nahari is an associate in the Tax Department of Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Adv. Nahari advises the firm’s clients on the taxation aspects involved in diverse transactions, as well as in various proceedings vis-à-vis the Israeli Tax Authority.

    In addition, Adv. Nahari handles international taxation aspects of the business of firm clients and is directly involved in the creation and formation of corporate structures suited to address the commercial and fiscal requirements of clients.

    Adv. Nahari completed his legal internship in one of Israel’s leading law firms, after which he served as a tax attorney in the Taxation and International Taxation of leading accounting firms in Israel.

    Thereafter, Adv. Nahari served as Globa Tax Manager for Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) and prior to joining our firm, he served as corporate secretary and VP operations of the publicly traded company Trucknet Enterprise LTD (TASE: TRAN).
