    Sasha Tartmin

Adv. Alexandra (Sasha) Tartamin is an associate in the Real Estate Department in Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Sasha possesses vast experience in handling and advising clients on a diverse range of real estate transactions, typically, high financial volume transactions and highly complex ones. With the know-how she has amassed over the years, by thoroughly learning every detail of each transaction, Sasha provides clients with an invaluable service, being able to provide the frequently unexpected and complex issues arising from such large-scale transactions.

Sasha firmly believes that each transaction must be mutually beneficial to the parties, who have a joint objective and are partners to the transaction. It is this belief that guides her in conducting what are often difficult negotiations and seeing them through until the successful conclusion of the transaction.

Sasha has special expertise in handling complex real estate transactions thanks to her broad perspective and ability to produce non-conventional solutions. This is the type of professional level our clients have grown accustomed to, as they find it contributes to the success of their projects and maximizing their profits.

The experience Sasha has gained through her representation of clients, having worked in a real property initiator company and a local authority, giving her the ability to provide a comprehensive envelope of services to her clients. In addition, Sasha leverages her experience in urban renewal projects, sales of residential units by contractors and planning process, to provide clients with the best possible service.
