    Oded Bejarano is a Partner at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. High Tech and Venture Capital Practice.

    Mr. Bejarano is a Funds, Transactional and Corporate Lawyer. Mr. Bejarano leads structuring, formation and on-going representation of investment funds and representation of technology companies in public financings, private placements, cross-border M&As and corporate work.

    Mr. Bejarano joined APM & Co. in 2025. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Bejarano was a Partner at another prominent law firm in Israel. During his career Mr. Bejarano also worked for several years as an associate at the Banking and Capital Markets Practice of White & Case, London.
