Mira advises publicly traded companies in their ongoing business operations, regularly handling their regulatory compliance. Mira also represents and advises clients in relation to their commercial activities and transactions, such as acquisitions, acquisition of operations and activities, mergers and more.

Mira possesses vast multi-disciplinary experience in corporate and commercial law, litigation before different court instances as well as handling complex insolvency and corporate rehabilitation.
