Adv. Hilla Cohen is an Associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

Hilla advises start-ups throughout the various stages of their lifecycle, entrepreneurs, commercial companies, venture capital funds, private investors and multi-national corporations, specifically those engaged in the fields of internet, fintech, blockchain, media, agri-tech, medical technologies and more.

Adv. Cohen provides advises entrepreneurs and corporations in connection with their ongoing business activities, in their investment and fund raising transactions, their formation, initial public offering, merger or acquisition, including local and foreign venture capital funds, capital and fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and a diverse range of corporate and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining APM & Co., Hilla completed her legal internship with Pearl Cohen, where she provided broad legal services to renowned local and international corporations and venture capital funds.
