    Adv. Gal Jaacobi Maor is an associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Gal advises start-ups and scale-ups high-tech companies in their ongoing business activities and ventures, including but not limited to, acquisition agreements, investment agreements as well as various commercial transactions.

    Gal had previously completed his legal internship with the firm, and following his admission to the Israel Bar Association was invited to join the firm as an associate.
