    Dorin Serussi

    Adv. Dorin Serussi is an Associate in the Real Estate Department, at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co.

    Dorin brings with her special expertise, commercial insights and in-depth acquaintance with a diverse range of real estate transactions.

    Dorin offers her clients a broad legal and business perspective of the transactions and processes involved in the business of real estate, and is highly qualified to point at the necessary steps for a successful transaction. Beyond the strategic insights, Dorin offers her clients excellent legal services in connection with their transactions, as well as practical knowledge and advice in the fields of commerce. Dorin sees transactions through from the early stages of negotiations and until the successful completion of the transaction or legal process.

    Dorin specializes in commercial law and real estate in particular, and has vast experience in advising on real property combination agreements, direct purchases of residential units from contractors as well as in representing buyers of real property. Alongside this activity, Dorin advised on real estate projects through their various stages, from the pre-contractual stage, through negotiations and the final sale and registration of the rights in the property. She advises business people and contractors with global reputations. In addition, Dorin handles urban renewal projects, e.g., NOP 38 projects and vacate & build projects.

    Prior to joining the firm, Dorin served as paralegal to a Magistrate Court Justice in Rishon LeZion. Prior to that, she served as academic research assistant for various academic researches.

    • LL.B from the College of Management (2021).

    • Science high school at Liceo Renzo Levi, Rome, Italy.
