    Bar accompanies complex transactions, focusing on investment and real estate transactions, that involve various aspects of taxation, including income tax, value added tax, real estate taxation and international taxation.

    Prior to joining the firm, Bar interned at the Legal Department of the Income Tax Commission of the Israeli Tax Authority (Civil Department) and prior to that worked at a leading tax law firm.
